About application logging

Your administrator uses log files to investigate specific scenarios, such as unexpected application behavior or sudden application exit. You can capture application log files up to 5 megabytes (MB) per user and up to 5 MB of data per general log file. The application can create a maximum of three log files to accommodate up to 5 MB of data per log file and send the log files to specified email address. If the application data exceeds 5 MB, Perceptive Experience replaces old log files with new log files. You can enable or disable application logging when not logged in. After you enable logging, Perceptive Experience continues to log application data until you disable logging.
