Enabling Categories

To enable categories for your index:

  1. Open the index you wish to modify, you can do this by either:
    • Selecting it from the My Index Catalog list
    • Select File > Open an Index from the menu and browse to the location where the index is stored
  2. From the menu, select Index > Index Options
  3. Select General
  4. Under the Categories section, you can set the following values:
  5. Click the OK button

If you modify any category settings, you may need to run a recategorize to have your changes reflected in the index.
