Enabling Categories
To enable categories for your index:
- Open the index you wish to modify, you can do this by either:
- Selecting it from the My Index Catalog list
- Select File > Open an Index from the menu and browse to the location where
the index is stored
- From the menu, select Index > Index Options
- Select General
- Under the Categories section, you can set the following values:
- Create categories for documents indexed
- Number of automatic categories
- Click the OK button
If you modify any category settings, you may need to run a
recategorize to have your changes reflected in the index.
