Printing the Concept Taxonomy

You can print a Concept Tree, and specify which parts of the Concept Taxonomy should appear on your printed document.

To print the Concept Taxonomy:

1. Open the index you wish to modify, you can do this by either:
   • Selecting it from the My Index Catalog list
   • Select File > Open an Index from the menu and browse to the location where the index is stored
2. From the menu, select Index > Concept Taxonomy
3. Click the Print button, the print options dialog will display, the following options are available:
• Concept name
  The name you have given the Concept Taxonomy.
• Queries
  Include any queries written into the Concept Taxonomy.
• Descriptions
  Include the descriptions of each Concept.
• 'Include lower levels' flag
  Applicable when a Concept's query has been set to Include all lower levels in query. If selected, Perceptive Search will add 'Include all lower levels' to the other information printed with a concept.
• Filters
  Include any filters associated with the Concept's query.
• Printer setup
  Click this to check your printer setup - it will open the standard Windows Print Setup window.
4. Click OK, the Concept Taxonomy will be sent to your printer.
