ContextCogs give you the ability to pin high relevant snippets of information at the top of the result list. Once you have add a ContextCog, you must attach it to your website.
For each website, you can control if any ContextCogs are display, and also which ContextCogs should be considered.
To enable ContextCogs for your website, navigate to:
Perceptive Enterprise Search Adminstration Site > WebSites > [Site Name] > Customizations > Context Cogs
