You can restart the Internet Communication Server (ICM) to apply the certificate to the SAP system. Make sure the certificate from the Content Services webserver was successfully imported in SAP .

Open transaction
SMICM. -
Restart the SAP ICM in menu More > Administration > ICM.
Next, test the communication via a secured connection.
