Once the related settings in the alfresco-global.properties are applied, check if the following folder exists in Content Services: Data Dictionary > SAP Content Connector > genericXchange.
If the folder (structure) doesn't exist then create it. Pay attention to the correct spelling (i.e. uppercase, lowercase, and spaces).
This is the folder to upload all JSON configuration files that are responsible for data exchange.
