Once you click on a file in the Recommended Content panel, the existing Salesforce Connector Document Details tab will open (by default):
Starting from version 2.3.4, once you click on a file in the Recommended Content panel, one of the following actions may occur (if configured by the sales administrator):
- Open the Document Details page in a new tab/window (this is the default behavior).
- Open the Document Details parent folder.
- Download the content.
- Link to an external resource.
- Link to a Salesforce record.
