Depending on your organization security policies and guidelines, a Hazelcast Enterprise license might be required to implement further hardening on the cluster. Alfresco does not provide this license so please refer to the Hazelcast Documentation at https://docs.hazelcast.com/ for details.
We recommend to enable:
- TLS to encrypt the data transmission among the nodes of the cluster in case a malicious user gains access to the network layer
- mTLS to authenticate nodes with certificates so that their identity can be cryptographically verified
