First, check the Alfresco Transform Service is running for a document transform (e.g. docx to pdf). See Troubleshoot Transform Service for more.

Next, check the logs for each microservice (container) including the Transform Router and AI Transform Engine. You can also check ActiveMQ queues to see the Transform Requests / Replies.
