You can select multiple files within the Mobile Workspace. Multiple Selection allows you to perform actions on multiple items. You can select up to 25 files in a page. The Start Workflow option will only work for files. The available actions will differ depending on your starting point. To begin Multiple Selecting, long press on any file.
The following actions are available:
- Add to Favorites
- Start Workflow
- Move
- Make available offline
- Move to Trash
- Remove from Favorites
- Restore
- Delete Permanently
