Enforcing SAML removes the option for users to sign into Alfresco products with basic authentication and only displays the option for a SAML sign in.

1. Sign in to the administrator console of the Identity Service as an administrator and select the Alfresco realm. The URL of the Identity Service administrator console is https://ids.example.com/auth/admin.
2. Select Authentication and navigate to the Flows tab.
3. Browser in the dropdown list and select Action > Config for the Identity Provider Redirector row.

4. Fill in the resulting form with the details of the SAML identity provider configured in step 4.

   Note

   The Alias and Default Identity Provider need to match the values configured in step 4.
