Users are assigned to a group when their profiles are created. However, if a user logs into CAPTUREit and they are not currently assigned to a group, they are assigned to the Default group after they log in.
Users cannot belong to more than one group.

From the Management menu, click Groups/User Management. The Group Security Settings window is displayed.
