Additional files, such as an Access database, can be stored with the profile.

  1. From the VBScript Events window, click Extra Files. The Extra Files window is displayed.
  2. Click Add File. The Open window is displayed.
  3. Select the file to add and click Open. The file is displayed.
  4. To remove a file, highlight the file to be removed and click Remove File. You are asked to confirm the file's deletion.
  5. To remove all files listed in window, click Remove All Files. You are asked to confirm the files' deletion.
  6. To view a file, highlight a file and click the Open File button. The file is opened in its native application.
  7. Click OK.
