Description |
|---|---|
|
Street Address |
The street address appears as recognized by AccuZip, and can be edited as necessary. |
|
City |
The city appears as recognized by AccuZip. The drop down list may contain a list of suggested city names based on the zip code. To change the city, either enter a different city name, or select a name from the drop down list. |
|
State |
The state appears as recognized by AccuZip, and can be edited as necessary. |
|
Zip |
The five digit zip code or zip+4 appear as recognized by AccuZip, and can be edited as necessary. If Output Zip+4 was specified in the Address Extraction parameters, but only five digits of the zip code appear on the form, the last four digits may be provided by AccuZip based on the street address. If AccuZip is unable to extrapolate the last four digits, it sets them to 0000 so the output format is correct. |

Validate |
