Pass 2 Verification can be used with double-key Verification. If this option is selected, the Pass 1 operator corrects questionable characters and rule violations as usual. The Pass 2 operator manually types the form data from the image into blank fields. If what the Pass 2 operator types is different from the results of Pass 1, the operator is warned and asked to type it again; if it is still different, the operator is allowed to go on to the next zone.
If the Auditor is in use, when the double-key operator enters questionable data, such as data that is different from the recognition results or Pass 1, the system does not beep or highlight the character as it does when the Auditor is not in use.
