Switching Between WinWrap Versions 9 and 10 - Switching Between WinWrap Versions 9 and 10 - The update process sets the system to use WinWrap 10. As existing project scripts may not be compatible with WinWrap10, a tool is provided to revert to WinWrap 9. The update process sets the system to use WinWrap 10. As existing project scripts may not be compatible with WinWrap10, a tool is provided to revert to WinWrap 9. To switch the version, complete the following steps.

1. Verify that all users have logged out of the following programs.
   • Designer
   • Verifier
   • Learn Set Manager
   • Web Verifier
2. Stop all Runtime Server instances.
3. Stop all Intelligent Capture services.
4. Stop all scheduled tasks and additional services related to BIC.
5. Navigate to the [Installation path]\Components\Tools\WinWrap directory.
6. Complete one of the following steps.
   • To switch to WinWrap 9, execute SetupWW9.bat.
   • To switch to WinWrap 10, execute SetupWW10.bat.
