To update a Content Composer Studio installation:
  1. Close all running Content Composer applications.
  2. Unzip ComposerUpdate_24-01_To_24-02.zip into a directory other than the Content Composer installation directory
    The ZIP file contains, among others, a folder named Update2402.
  3. Copy the content of the folder Update2402 to the %ComposerDir%Admin/Update2402 folder.
  4. Back up the configuration settings. See Backing up the Configuration Files for more information.
  5. Update Content Composer. See Updating Content Composer for more information.
  6. Restore the configuration. See Restoring the Configuration for more information.
  7. Update the system and the configuration files. See Updating the System and the Configuration Files for more information.
