You can run a metrics report to view usage metrics for a specific environment and date range.

Note: This report displays metrics only for applications associated with at least one active subscription. To view active subscriptions and applications for your account, see Viewing Subscription Details.

To view usage metrics:

  1. Open the Administration Portal.
  2. Select the Metrics tab under the banner.
    The Metrics page is displayed.
  3. Select an environment from the Environment drop-down list.
  4. Enter a report date range in the Date Range field.
    Tip: Click the Open Calendar button (Open Calendar button) to select a date range from a calendar.
  5. Click Run Report.
    • If there is any usage data for the specified date range, then the Metrics page displays the available usage metrics for each application within the environment. Available metrics vary per application.
    • If there is no usage data for the specified date range, then the Metrics page displays a message indicating no data is available. Make sure the correct environment is selected. Choose a different date range if necessary.
