If an external application is not working correctly, you may need to modify its identity client settings in the Administration Portal.

1. Open the Administration Portal.
2. Select the External Systems tab under the banner.
   The External Applications page is displayed.
3. Select the external application you want to modify.
   The external application configuration page is displayed.
4. Update the external application settings as needed.

   Available settings vary depending on the application profile. For information about available settings, see External Application Settings.

5. Click Save.
   The configuration is saved, and a confirmation message is displayed.
6. Click Close to close the configuration page for the external application.
