If you forget your password, you can request a password reset. You can also use this process to request a new account activation link if you have not yet activated your user account.

To reset your password:

  1. When prompted for your password, click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address you have registered with the Content Innovation Cloud in the field provided.
  3. Click Submit.
    If the specified address is registered, an email with a link to reset your password is sent to the address.
  4. Click the reset password link in the email you received from the Content Innovation Cloud.
    The reset password page is displayed.
  5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  6. Enter the password again in the Confirm New Password field.
  7. Click Reset.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
