You can rename a system integration if necessary, but you cannot change its system type, environment, or integration ID. System integrations cannot be deleted.

1. Open the Administration Portal.
2. Select the External Systems tab under the banner.
3. In the sidebar, click System Integrations.
   The System Integrations page is displayed.
4. Select the system integration you want to modify.
   The system integration configuration page is displayed.
5. Enter a new name for the integration in the Name field.
6. Click Save.
   The configuration is saved, and a confirmation message is displayed.
