If you have a verified Content Innovation Cloud user account that works with local authentication, then you can sign in with your email address and Content Innovation Cloud password.
To sign in using your Content Innovation Cloud password:

Open any Content Innovation Cloud application URL.
For example, to open the User Portal, you would use one of the following URLs:
Tip: If you're not sure which URL to use, refer to the activation email you received when your user account was created.The Content Innovation Cloud sign-in page is displayed. - Enter your email address in the Email field.

Click Continue.
You are prompted for your password.

Enter your Content Innovation Cloud password in the
Password field.

If you want the sign-in page to remember your email address on this device, select Remember Me. When this option is selected, you do not need to enter your email address the next time you sign in with this device.
Note:If you are using a shared computer, selecting Remember Me is not recommended.

If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password? to request a password reset. For more information, see Resetting Your Password.

- Click Continue.

If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required, do one of the
following:

If prompted to set up MFA, see Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication.

If you already have MFA set up, enter the verification code from your authenticator app, and then click Submit.
If you do not have access to your authenticator app, click Login using a recovery code. You can then sign in using one of the recovery codes you were given when you set up MFA. If you cannot use a recovery code, contact your administrator to request an MFA reset.
