If your organization has federated identity set up, you may be able to sign in to the Content Innovation Cloud using a SAML identity provider.

1. Open any Content Innovation Cloud application URL.

   For example, to open the User Portal, you would use one of the following URLs:

   • https://app.hyland.com
   • https://app.hyland.eu
   • https://app.au.hyland.com

   Tip: If you're not sure which URL to use, refer to the activation email you received when your user account was created.
   If you are not signed in automatically, the Content Innovation Cloud sign-in page is displayed.
2. Enter your email address in the Email field.
3. Click Continue.
   You are either redirected to the identity provider or prompted to choose an identity provider.
4. If prompted, select the identity provider you are using to authenticate with the Content Innovation Cloud.
5. Proceed to sign in using the identity provider.
