The Internal Users page displays information about interactive (human) users within your account.

The following user properties are displayed:

Column Description
Username The name assigned to the user account.
First Name The user's first name, if applicable.
Last Name The user's last name, if applicable.
Email The user's email address, if applicable.
Status

May display one of the following user statuses:

  • Archived means the user's access to the Content Innovation Cloud has been permanently revoked. Archived users are filtered out of the Users list by default.
  • Deactivated means the user's access to the Content Innovation Cloud has been revoked. Access can be restored through reactivation.
  • Email Not Verified means the user has not yet verified his or her email address. For a user's email address to be verified, the user must click the link in the verification email sent to his or her email address by the Content Innovation Cloud.
  • Locked means the user is temporarily locked out of the Content Innovation Cloud due to consecutive failed login attempts.

If a user does not fit any of these statuses, then the Status column is empty for that user.
