Unlock a user account to restore the locked user's access to the Content Innovation Cloud.

1. Open the Administration Portal.
2. Do one of the following:
   • On the Dashboard page, click Find User in the Users tile.
   • Select the Identity tab under the banner.
   The Internal Users page is displayed.
3. Locate the user account you want to unlock.
   Locked user accounts have a status of Locked.
4. Select the user account.
   The user configuration page is displayed with a lockout notice under the action bar.
5. Click Unlock User in the lockout notice.
   The Unlock User dialog box is displayed.
6. Click Unlock User to confirm that you want to unlock the user.
   The user account is unlocked, and a confirmation message is displayed.
