You can modify an existing email domain to allow or disallow local authentication with your Content Innovation Cloud account.

For information on how the Allow Local Authentication setting affects user sign-in, see Email Domain Management.

To modify an existing email domain:

  1. Open the Administration Portal.
  2. Select the Identity tab under the banner.
The Internal Users page is displayed.
  3. In the sidebar, click Email Domains.
The email domain table is displayed.
  4. Find the email domain that you want to modify.
  5. Change the Allow Local Authentication selection for the email domain.
    • To allow local authentication, select the check box in the Allow Local Authentication column.
    • To disallow local authentication, clear the check box in the Allow Local Authentication column.
A confirmation message is displayed, and the change is saved.
