The Administration Portal interface uses tabs to organize tasks related to platform administration.
Areas of Administration
The tabs below the page header allow you to access specific areas of platform administration.

| Dashboard | View available applications and quickly access user and application management. This is the home page of the Administration Portal. |
| Account | View information about your Content Innovation Cloud account, including account access, audit events, and subscriptions. For more information, see Account Overview. |
| Identity | Create and manage users, user groups, and external identity providers. For more information, see Identity Overview. |
| External Systems | Register external applications and system integrations. For more information, see External Systems Overview. |
| Metrics | View usage metrics for active subscriptions. For more information, see Usage Metrics Overview. |
Navigation Pane
The navigation pane (also called the siderail) is displayed on the leftmost side of the application. It allows you to open other Content Innovation Cloud applications that you have rights to access.

The Expand Navigation or Collapse Navigation button allows you to expand or collapse the navigation pane. By default, the navigation pane is collapsed. You can expand it to view the full names of available applications. |

The Environment Switcher allows you to select another environment so that you can access its associated applications. This button is displayed only if you have rights to applications in multiple environments or if you have rights to both account-level and environment-level applications. To view account-level applications, select Control Center from the Environment Switcher. The navigation pane background changes to black when Control Center is selected. |

The Home button opens the User Portal. For information about applications available in the User Portal, see Applications in the User Portal. |

The navigation pane displays a link for every application you can access within the selected environment. Click a link to open the associated application. When the navigation pane is collapsed, only abbreviations are displayed for application names. To view the full name of an application, either rest your pointer over the link or expand the navigation pane. |
