To activate a subscription, you must assign it to an environment to store the associated application data.

Note:

Once assigned to an environment, the subscription cannot be moved to a different environment.

To assign a subscription to an environment:

  1. Open the Administration Portal.
  2. Select the Account tab under the banner.
    The Account Details page is displayed.
  3. From the Subscriptions list, select the subscription that is flagged as Unassigned.
    The Subscription Details pane is displayed.
  4. Select the Environment drop-down list under Environment Information.
  5. Do one of the following:

    • Select an existing environment to assign the subscription to.

    • Select Create New Environment to create a new environment. Follow the prompts to add the new environment.

  6. Click Save Changes.
