Send a password reset link to a user who has forgotten his or her local Content Innovation Cloud password.

1. Open the Administration Portal.
2. Do one of the following:
   • On the Dashboard page, click Find User in the Users tile.
   • Select the Identity tab under the banner.
   The Internal Users page is displayed.
3. Select the user from the Internal Users page.
   • To filter the list of users, click in the Search Internal Users field and enter the name or email address of the user you want to find.
   • To change how the list is sorted, click the header of the Username, First Name, or Last Name column.
   The user configuration page is displayed.
4. Click Send Password Reset Email from the action bar at the top of the page.
   A password reset link is sent to the specified email address.
