You can unpublish a published template.

You must be logged in to the User Portal and have navigated to the Published tab of a particular document type. For information on publishing a template, see Publishing a Template.

To unpublish a template:

  1. Select the check-box next to the template name in the Published tab.
  2. Do either of the following:
    • Click the Unpublish button.
    • Click the Unpublish bin icon.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
    The template is deleted from the published template list.
