The General tab enables the administrator to set up the name, email, and logo of the issuer. This information appears on the verification screen when a credential is shared by the issuer to any recipient, such as an external authority.

You must navigate to Credentials Issuer Config app after logging in to the User Portal.

To update the General tab:

  1. In the Issuing Settings page, click Edit Issuing Settings.
    The Issuing Settings tabs are displayed.
  2. In the General tab, enter the issuer name in the Issuer Name field.
  3. Enter the issuer's email ID in the Issuer Email field.
  4. Optional: Click Choose file to browse and select an issuer logo from your workstation.
  5. Click Save.
