You must have logged in to the User Portal and accessed the Sample Data tab of the template you want to preview. For more information, see Uploading New Sample Data.

To preview a template with a new sample data:

  1. Select the Preview drop-down list and select Preview with new sample data.
    The Preview Template dialog box is displayed.

  2. From the Select a sample data drop-down list, pick a sample data to preview a template.
  3. Select Preview.
