To assign the Workday Student User User Group to the Workday Content Services User Role:
- Open the Administration Portal.

Select the Account tab under the banner.
The Account Details page is displayed.

From the left pane, click Applications.
A list of applications is displayed on the right pane.
- Click Hyland Cloud Content Repository.
- Click User Rights.
- Click Manage next to Workday Content Services User Role.

Do one of the following:
- In the search box, enter Workday Student User and select it.
- From the list of User Groups under Unassigned, search Workday Student User and select it.

Click + next to Workday Student
User.
The Workday Student User User Group is displayed under Assigned.
- Click Confirm.
