Workday allows you to configure your application to display a widget that opens a pop-up window. This pop-up contains guidance about a widget on a page in Workday that enables you to edit configurations. This section contains information on how to configure a widget to show additional information and time zones.

1. Log in to the Workday Tenant with your credentials.
   The Home page is displayed.
2. In the search box, enter Edit Tenant Setup - System and press Enter.
   The Tasks and Reports page is displayed.
3. From the Tasks and Reports page, click Edit Tenant Setup - System
   The Edit Tenant Setup - System page is displayed.

   
4. Navigate to the bottom of the Information section and select Always Show Guided Tours.
   
5. Navigate to the Time Zone Configuration section and enter the following:

   Option	Description
   Default Timezone	From the drop-down, select from one of the available options, as required.
   Role Assignment Time Zone Option	Select one of the following: Assignee Location Workday will use the same time zone as the role holder's location. Tenant Default Workday will use the tenant Default Timezone to determine when role assignments take effect.
   Business Process Date Calculation Time Zone	Select one of the following: Workday Default Time Zone Settings (PST) Tenant Default Time Zone Settings Event Related Time Zone The time zone you select is used to calculate the date of a business process step delay and custom notification delay.

6. Click OK.
