While configuring the Hyland Settings, you must enter a value for the Viewer Base URL field. To obtain this value, you must use the Hyland Automate Administration application.

Note:

  • Complete the instructions in this section only if you are using the Hyland Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) content repository.

  • For more information, see the Admin Application chapter in the Hyland Automate Administration documentation.

To obtain the Viewer Base URL:

  1. Log in to the Studio Administration App.
  2. From the left pane, expand Devops and select Application Instances.
  3. Under the Application name column, search for Workday and select it.
  4. Under the Workspace column, select doc-viewer and right-click it.
    A drop-down menu is displayed.
  5. From the drop-down, select Copy link address and paste the copied value in the Viewer Base URL field.
