After you configured Microsoft Entra as an Identity Provider and Workday as a Service Provider, you must obtain an employee's unique ID from Workday (known as WorkdayId) and configure it.

  1. Provision users into any Identity Provider such as Microsoft Entra using Workday as a source.
  2. Ensure users have their WorkdayId values in a specific attribute.
  3. Ensure this attribute is mapped to a SAML attribute while configuring Microsoft Entra as an Identity Provider and Hyland Experience as a Service Provider.
  4. Ensure a custom attribute for the customer account in Hyland Experience is available for mapping

To configure custom claim mappings:

Note: For detailed instructions on using the Content Innovation Cloud Administration Portal, see the Identity Providers and Identity Providers Settings chapters in the Content Innovation Cloud Administration Portal documentation.
