Hyland for Workday can be installed by both Workday Extend and non-Extend or Built on Workday (BoW) customers.

If you are a Workday Extend customer, you must use an Extend app to install Hyland for Workday.

If you are a Built on Workday (BoW) customer and part of this program, you must install Hyland for Workday as recommended by Workday.
Note: Before you proceed with installing Hyland for Workday, please
ensure that you have access to the Workday Developer Portal. To proceed with
configurations required for Integration System User (ISU), you must have the Company
Role as Administrator access on the Workday Developer Portal. To obtain access, contact
your Workday administrator.
