A Business Object configuration defines how Hyland for Workday captures and retrieves OnBase documents for a Workday Business Object. The selected Document Type Group determines which OnBase Document Types are available for document capture. Field mappings associate Workday Business Object attributes with OnBase keywords. The selected predefined query determines which documents Hyland for Workday retrieves.
Configure the underlying OnBase custom query for the applicable Document Type or Document Type Group. Ensure that the custom query includes the Document Types associated with the Business Object configuration.
