When an event such as changes in an employee's details like assignment, hierarchy, location, reporting, and so on occurs, you can set off ad-hoc orchestrations so that these changes are updated across your organization and Hyland for Workday. To set off these orchestrations, you must use the Trigger Orchestration custom task.

To configure trigger orchestrations:

In the search box, enter Trigger Orchestration and press
Enter.
The Trigger Orchestration dialog box is displayed.

In the Worker field, do one of the following:
- From the drop-down menu list, search for the employee's name and select it.
- Enter the employee's name and press Enter.
The selected employee's name is displayed.

Click OK.
The Import Organization Chart into Hyland for Workday page is displayed.

Click Show Status to view the details of the
updates.
Details such as the number of employees whose details were updated and time of the last update are displayed.
