While using Hyland for Workday, you can easily capture and view HCM and Financial Management content, including revisions, directly from Hyland's content platform such as the Hyland Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) and OnBase.
Hyland for Workday supports content stored in the Hyland Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) and OnBase. When using OnBase through Content Federation Services (CFS), Hyland for Workday supports document capture and metadata-based document retrieval for supported Workday Business Objects.
Actions such as capturing and viewing content are seamlessly integrated into the familiar Workday interface, allowing you to view content within the context of the Workday Business object you are working on. This creates a unified view of all relevant content, enabling faster, more informed decision-making, allowing you to focus on what matters most for your business.
Employees can easily capture and view multiple documents, and their revisions linked to a worker, all within the Workday interface. Access to another employee's documents and revisions is possible, depending on the configured roles and permissions.
For more flexibility, a configuration application is available. This allows you to filter documents for a specific employee, ensuring the content is always contextual.
