You must create user-based security groups to provide users access to the Hyland for Workday Configuration section.

1. Log on to the Workday Tenant with your credentials.
   The Home page is displayed.
2. In the search box, enter Create Security Group and press Enter.
   The Tasks and Reports page is displayed.
3. From the Tasks and Reports page, click Create Security Group.
   The Create Security Group dialog box is displayed.

   
4. From the Type of Tenanted Security Group drop-down list, select User-Based Security Group.
   
5. In the Name field, enter HFW-Administrator or a name you want and click OK.
   Note: HFW-Administrator is used as an example for some of the following steps. You may use the value you entered for Name.

   
   The Edit User-Based Security Group page is displayed.

   
6. From the Administered by Security Groups drop-down list, select HFW-Administrator and click OK.
7. Navigate to the Home page, and enter Assign Users to User-Based Security Group in the search box.
   The Assign Users to User-Based Security Group dialog box is displayed.

   
8. From the User-Based Security Group drop-down list, select HFW-Administrator and click OK.
   Note: HFW-Administrator is used as an example for this step. You may use the value you entered earlier for Name.
   
   The Edit User-Based Security Group page is displayed.

   
9. Review the information and click Done.
