Hyland for Workday uses system configurations to identify the content repositories associated with the solution. Each content repository requires a corresponding system configuration that defines how the integration connects to that repository. This section describes how system administrators can create a custom task in Hyland for Workday that enables managing OnBase system configurations that connect through Content Federation Services (CFS).

Note: Complete the instructions in this section only if you are using the OnBase content repository.
System administrators can use the manage system configuration custom task to configure system configurations for multiple content repositories. When you capture supported documents using Hyland for Workday, the system configuration determines which content repository stores the documents and from which repository they are retrieved.
