You gain access to the Office Integration functions using a separate Saperion group in the Home tab of the Microsoft Office application you use.
The following symbols are available for MS Word and MS Excel.

Saperion document. This icon is available in the File menu.

Saperion or creates a revision. This icon is available in the File menu.

a new Saperion document. This icon is available in the File menu.

existing document using a query. This icon is available in the File menu.
