Working with the Office Integration uses an index license.
Make sure that adequate licenses are available. As an alternative, you can use the Use Saperion Native Login option. This is a manual login with the selection of the preferred license type.
When you execute an action, the system uses one Saperion license. After completion of the action with Office Integration, the system releases this license after a maximumof 5 minutes when no visible client is open. The user is automatically logged off. The system uses the license again when a visible client is present.
