You have the option of referring to a document archived in Saperion.
Using MS Outlook, you can mail a link to a Saperion document so that the recipient can access the document directly with this link.
You can also send the original document. The system then includes the application files from the selected Saperion document in this message. You can only attach original documents from structured Saperion documents.
