Using an RD Session Host server (terminal server) you can apply an officeintegration.ini configuration file.
The officeintegration.ini file contains all settings which are valid for all users of the terminal server. It centrally maintains groups of settings regarding the Office applications, such as query, archiving, or attachment. Furthermore, you can adapt setup options, as required.
Even though the system uses the officeintegration.ini file, it still reads out some variables from the registry, such as information about which buttons should be displayed.
You need to create the officeintegration.ini configuration file manually. The system does not distribute it automatically.
The following code sample shows an extract of the officeintegration.ini file.
