With the native revision application setting, the documents originally archived without Office Integration and opened for revision in Office Integration, will not modify the index of the Saperion document.
In this case, the following situations happen.
- The system ignores field mapping.
- No index form is displayed.
- The revision does not archive links.
- The system always displays the form for entering a revision comment and the revision number.
- The system archives the document in its original format. Rendering does not take place.
Documents that are archived through Outlook as body and attachment, or as a link, always save their revisions with native revision.
Archived documents that you have opened and saved using the Office 2000 save function, cannot have revisions be archived using the archive in Saperion. Instead, an empty index form opens for new archiving.
