In Outlook, you can create a folder that Office Integration
automatically monitors. To create this drag & drop folder, complete the
following steps.

Note: This functionality is available from Office version 2003.
On the same hierarchical level as the Outlook Inbox, create a
folder named Saperion.

Under this Saperion folder, create a sub-folder.
You can freely choose the name of this folder.

In the
Drag & Drop Folder field, enter the name
of the folder to be monitored.

To activate monitoring, check the
Enable check box.
The system automatically archives all emails that you move
to this folder.
