For the archiving of a document from within an Office application, several commands are available.
Because documents are already open during archival, do not use forms with preview in Office Integration. The system does not save changes you have only made in the preview.
The system checks out documents that you open in Office Integration until you close them in the Office application.
When you archive a document in Saperion which already exists, the system generates a revision.
