To extract a building block into a separate workflow file:

  1. Right-click the activity and select Extract workflow.
    The Extract workflow dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select Local to create a local workflow file or Global to create a microbot.
  3. In the Name field, enter the name of the workflow file.
  4. In the left pane, select the file location.
  5. Click Okay.
